In my opinion, Nature’s abundance offers us the sublime experience of witnessing perfect color through the imperfect and majestic beauty of flowers. I started photographing flowers in 2006 while living up in Portland, Oregon. My first subjects were of the ‘silent variety’.. at least, silent as compared to the everyday hub bub that is the modern world. But my subjects hold a secret language and fascination all their own.. if you listen carefully you might hear it, too.
